Mail-In Order Form Instructions:
  1. Add desired items to the cart.
  2. Click the button.
  3. Print the shopping cart (File ... Print or depress the Ctrl key and type p).
  4. Complete the information in the form below, entering the total from the shopping cart printout in the Shopping cart total box.
  5. Hit the Calculate button and we'll take care of filling in the gray shipping, tax, and total boxes. Please note that shipping charges can be calculated for U.S. destinations only. If you are ordering from outside the U.S., please contact us directly for a quote.
  6. Print this page then attach the shopping cart printout and a check or money order (drawn on a U.S. bank) made out to Tigerlily & Rose for the amount in the gray Order Total box.
  7. Mail all three items to Tigerlily & Rose at the address printed on the form. Cut and paste the mailing label on the bottom of the sheet to your envelope if that's easier.
